We ship USPS Priority mail on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday unless its a holiday or we're on vacation.
All international packages are shipped through USPS, by either Priority International or Express International.
We charge exactly what USPS charges us to ship your item(s), but you may still be responsible for taxes upon receiving your package. If they occur, We are in no way responsible for those taxes.
We take every precaution to make sure you have all the information needed through written description, photo's, and measurements of each item. If you have specific wants/needs then please ask before you purchase.
If by some chance we mistakenly ship you a damaged item, the wrong item, or wrong size then a return for a refund, credit, or exchange is allowed. As long as its brought to our attention within 5 days of you receiving the item. Upon receiving the item(s) we will then refund you the original cost minus original shipping (as we did ship the item). We will then refund your return shipping fee's as it was our mistake. We are human and mistakes do happen and we will handle the situation immediately.
